Field Quality PowerApps Application: We developed a centralized platform specifically for planning and coordinating shipment deliveries. This app provides real-time notifications, quality control checklists, performance tracking, improving operations efficiency and errors reduction 
Power BI Reports: Our interactive visualizations and real-time insights enhanced delivery tracking, increased collaboration, and empowered data-driven decision-making. This enabled Senior Leadership to access the reports and effectively for decision-making.

Power Automate Workflows:
We've set up more than 40 automated workflows with Power Automate, linking on-field workers to office staff. For instance, when field workers finish shipments and update their status, it triggers workflows that alert office employees
